CEO of CFH Clearing
Matthew joined CFH as Chief Financial Officer in 2014 and was promoted to CEO in 2017. Matthew started his career with PwC in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Subsequently Matthew worked for London Stock Exchange plc in a variety of roles covering M&A, Investor Relations and financial reporting. After this he worked as Head of Finance at Bridgewell, the boutique investment bank, and was a founding partner at Ipex Capital, a fund investing in telematics, e-procurement and medical device start ups. Matthew was also Head of Finance at Moneycorp, the foreign exchange and international payments specialist, where he was responsible for financial reporting and was heavily involved in the sale of the business to Bridgepoint in 2014.
Global Head of Sales
Paul has a vast amount of experience in the financial markets having started his career as a interbank FX and Options Trader at Nationsbank in 1995. He went on to play a pivotal role in the growth of CMC Markets from a trading, sales and product development standpoint. Paul later joined LMAX Exchange as Group Sales Manager where he gained valuable experience in the liquidity and technology side of the industry. As Global Head of Sales, Paul is responsible for managing CFH Clearing’s experienced international sales team. His primary focus is to deliver CFH Clearing’s unique suite of products and services to institutional clients worldwide.
Head of Operations
Prior to CFH Clearing, Nathan was an Operations Manager at Saxo Bank. FX Operations, Fund Administration and Risk Management are some of the areas where Nathan has expert knowledge. Nathan´s previous positions include working as an Investment Fund Accountant for Dexia, JP Morgan Chase and PFC Bank. This experience has given Nathan a broad overview of financial markets and a thorough understanding of the tools and knowledge of what it takes to operate in today’s environment.
Head of Client Services
Prior to CFH Clearing, Olga Larsen worked for Saxo Bank as an Institutional Account Manager and was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and banks worldwide. Olga has now brought her vast experience to CFH Clearing where she established and now runs the Client Services division dedicated to one sole purpose – to make sure that we meet and maintain client’s and partners needs and expectations.
Paul joined CFH as Group Financial Controller in 2014. He started his career with Lloyds Banking Group in 2006, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2011. Subsequently, Paul joined State Street Bank and Trust as a Financial Accountant. He is now responsible for the Group's Finance department.
